I want to start by saying this is not the first time I’ve purchased your coffee, and I have truly enjoyed it every time. The quality has always been excellent, which is why I continue ordering from you.
Unfortunately, this time I was not able to receive my order. We use a package receiving service called Postal Annex, which provides packing and receiving services. It is especially helpful for customers like us who may not always be available at home or who prefer additional security for deliveries.
Last week, my wife went to pick up several packages. Apparently, they did not hand her the Nicoletti package, even though she signed for the items she received. When we later realized the coffee was missing and contacted them, they told us there was nothing they could do because it shows as signed and delivered.
So unfortunately, I never received the order.
I wanted to let you know what happened. I understand this may be outside of your direct control, but I felt it was important to share the situation with you.
